Tantra is a deep journey of spiritual self-discovery. Connecting with energy and tantric Goddesses can be very liberating, expanding, healing, joyful, and empowering. It's a sacred practice with the original intention of reaching enlightenment, and it opens us to the sacred vibration within. The intention with this session is to open you to energy, the power of your life force, sensuality, intimacy, and aliveness in a safe and expanded way. 

The session will be 1,5 hours and can be physical or online.

About the Session:

I will guide you through meditation, and how to open your energy flow in the body, and share techniques on how to connect to intimacy, sensuality and sexual energy. The essence of tantra is to master energy that we store in our emotions, and let it flow freely, to not suppress or shame, but celebrate the flow of life, and open to feel and navigate with  energy.
